1. Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States, Canada or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Items in stock will typically ship out in 1 business day. For order less than $78, we ship your items with air parcel. It will take 7~12 business days to arrive your home. For order over $78, we will ship your items with DHL. It only need 3~5 work days to arrive your home. If your order is not more than 78 dollars, you only need to spend a little more money, you can also select the DHL shipping method. If you need urgent service, please contact us before you place your order.
2. Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Custom items should not been returned because it's designed for you. Refunds for items returned within 7 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
